Totally not SW related, but necessary information for all parents

For those of you who don't know me, I have been with the Garrison since 2006, but my work has taken me away from actively trooping for the last few years. Why? I spent the last 10 years investigating internet crimes against children- basically doing the Chris Hansen-type stuff and hunting internet predators that want to hurt kids. Though I retired from that in 2021, finding my way back is taking some effort. As part of my desire to still help kids, I have written a book, Cyber Creeps, available on Amazon. It is designed to educate parents, caregivers, and everyone who engages online about the dangers out there. I use my actual cases to show how dangerous the internet is, and try to keep protecting kids. I also have a website, snyder1193.weebly.com with additional information, safety tips for keeping kids safe, and links to buy the book. I hope some of you might be interested in learning more to help protect kids online.
